Philpost and Bureau of Customs

I want to express my disappointment to our #PhilippinePostalCorporation #PhilPost and #PhilippineCustoms due to several instances:

1. I bought a SOLAR LED LAMP (10.11$) which never came although i was provided my the complete tracking by the seller. It reached the Philippines but was never delivered to me.

2. I bought some baking items (9$) from another country. I got it on sale so it was declared on the sale price which is 9$ (shipping and all). It should be free from tax since it didn't reach 10$ but instead i received a notice from #PhilippineCustoms that i should pay more than 1800Php for the release.. they wrote 100$ over the declaration value box where 9$ was written and computed the tax with their assessed value. The original value of my items is just 36$. I needed the items immediately so i didn't have a choice but to pay for the tax. Please be more aware of the items you are assessing #PhilippineCustoms!!!!! I bought it to save money because it was ON SALE!!!! But i ended up paying a lot more thanks to the SMART ASS-BRIGHT-GENIUS PEOPLE who assessed my parcel.

3. Last year, and i mean the WHOLE YEAR last year, every single item i purchase from other country was delivered to me RIGHT AT MY DOORSTEP WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY ANYTHING since everything was already paid for. This year, I made several purchases and i was surprised that only a claim card came to me. Our local (Alfonso, Cavite) #PhilPost branch is charging 100 PESOS PER PARCEL for their release!!!! Yes!!!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!! Even the one that only cost 0.99$.. That day, I had to pay 600Php for 6 parcels which every single one costs less than 3$ each. And they didn't issue any official receipt for those.

Anyway, when the other purchase came, i asked the staff why they are suddenly charging 100Php per parcel. He said it was because of a notice (on their office walls) that says items should be charged 50-100pesos. Well, ok. There's the notice. The notice was issued last August 2014. But why was it only implemented this year if it was REALLY NEEDED. So should i pay for those parcels last year which were covered by the notice????
Being a tactless monster, I asked how do they categorize the price for each parcel since the notice says 50-100php and not fixed to 100php. He can't explain. And when i asked if they are issuing receipts for the charges he annoyingly answered me "Bibigyan kita ng resibo!"

Really??? Im sorry but i am not rich. Every single cent i have is something that i worked HARD for. I don't give away money just like that because i also need it. I work for it. I earn it. I have the right to question if it is worth every single thing i pay for.
